Delivery Information
Our products ship out of United Kingdom. We make every effort to keep a wide range of products in stock, and typically, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours, if not the same day. However, there are instances where we may not have the item in stock. In such cases, please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be produced before dispatch as our aquarium decorative pieces are individually crafted. No refund will be issued for orders delayed in transit. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for full details.
Standard 2-5 working day delivery is FREE for orders over £30.
Standard delivered using Royal Mail 2nd Class or Tracked 48. Aims to deliver in 2-5 working days. The expected delivery date is estimated, and is subject to change.
Delivery on orders under £30 are dynamically calculated based on your basket contents. To determine the delivery charge, add the desired products to your basket and input or select your delivery address. The correct shipping fee will be automatically calculated. The delivery charge may update as you add or remove products from your basket.
The following delivery upgrades are available:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - with SMS or email notifications to recipients. Aims to deliver in 2-3 working days. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. As soon your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
Overseas orders are delivered by Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. The expected delivery date is provided by the courier. Delivery costs depend on the order value, weight and size and is calculated at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. Log into your account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order status.
We deliver around the world to Australia, USA, Canada and Europe, including: Austria, Finland, Luxembourg, Netherlands. Our prices do not include overseas custom duties, taxes or brokerage charges that may incur. Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country. All international shipments are subject to these additional fees. We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance, these must be paid for by you. Also, some items occasionally experience customs delays. We have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
